So, as most of you know. I'm just getting over a spinal problem and they found out what's wrong and I'm on the road to recovery... Well, it's not going the greatest. My knees are collapsing on me more and more, and getting really cold randomly, nightmares that wake me up in the middle of the night, hard to breathe at some points in the day, but the worst of it all is my stomach... I woke up last night in retching pain, like something was forcing it's way threw my stomach slowly with a hatchet. I didn't scream out because I was at someone's house and didn't want to wake them so I curled into a ball and held my stomach as tight as I could and about 5 minutes that felt like hours, I fell asleep. During the day it's at medium pain but when I'm in water (Bath, pool) It's at a mim. It's not even that I'm hungry. I tried eating Tomato soup for dinner and I felt like I was going to throw up, bur I eat 1 granola bar I was fine this morning. I feel like I'm going to throw up but I don't.

If someone could tell me what might be wrong (It's not swine =_= I looked it up already) it'd be very much appreciated.
